XTEND is an Online Advertising Network, operating worldwide in multiple categories, connecting between online advertisers and Publishers.
TL Media Buy Description: Manage and train a team of 3-4 media buyers. Lead the media buy efforts to achieve media department goals. Managing Media operations (Ad Operation, Ad Trafficking)
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with online media vendors and proactively seek new opportunities; present recommendations to management
- Negotiate and evaluate online marketing proposals
- Maintain media schedules and deal sheets; secure insertion orders and track delivery of all purchased media
- Analyze results of purchased media, and fit with predetermined goals and overall business model
- Maximize profits and revenues , risk management
Requirements:
- BA in economics/Business/Management
- Proven experience as team leader / managerial experience
- Advance experience in Internet market – advantage
- English - Mother tough level (other languages – advantage)
