Divisional Internal Communication Manager

Facilitate and lead the internal communications at one of the company divisions, cross groups communications and support internal corporate communications

•Build the division communication plans (across all sites) to support the group strategy, goals, vision and messages, including ongoing processes in: e.g. org changes, appointments, recognition, etc.

•Support divisional management with their communication: e.g. quarterly emails, town halls, etc.

Education and Experience

•BA/MA in Communications/Marketing

Database Support and Training

Seeking a technically-minded individual to assist with support, training and documentation for a semi-custom piece of software in a 150+ user environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct and manage IT department including planning, policies, programs, and schedules for data processing, computer services, network communications, and management information
  • Direct the information and data integrity of the organization

  • Experience with implementation of information technology integrations in a large division/company. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
