Job Description:
Adsmarket is a performance network, operating worldwide in multiple categories, connecting between online advertisers and affiliates.
The Media team is responsible for recruitment of affiliate partners, enhancing the company's media assets and developing business relationships with online affiliates, including searching, contacting, negotiating agreements and managing until the affiliates become active in our network
Reports to: VP Media
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the networks' media recruitment efforts to achieve media department goals.
- Manage and train a professional team of affiliate recruiters.
- Define team work procedures.
- Prospect for new media types and trends.
- Ensure new affiliates access the best offers according to their profile and Adsmarket's offers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in International Online Marketing or Online Sales
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team or account managers
- Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
- Strong management skills
- Business orientation
- "Living" the online arena
- High level of English, other languages are an advantage
- BA Degree (Business management / Economics - an advantage).
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
- Proactive and goal-oriented
- Hard working; ability to work late hours
