Reports to:
VP Performance Marketing / VP Sales & Biz Dev
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales team efforts to achieve department goals.
- Manage and train a professional team of Sales persons.
- Define team work procedures.
- Ensure new customers access the best offers according to their profile.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 3 year of Sales experience in Online advertising Sales or Affiliate Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
- Strong management skills
- Business orientation
- "Living" the online arena
- High level of English, other languages are an advantage
- BA Degree (Business management / Economics - an advantage)
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
- Proactive and goal-oriented
- Ability to strive in a high activity, high transaction environment
