Requirements
• Previous experience as head of product manager
• MBA is an advantage
• Previous experience at internet companies
• English at a very high level (fluent is an advantage) both verbal and written
• Must be passionate about the internet, emerging web technologies, and balancing positive user experience with monetary effectiveness.
• Quick-to-learn, self-starter with motivation to grow a business and advance own career
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product management lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple parallel product efforts from both a high-level and detailed oriented perspectives

Description
• Participate in strategic product planning, quarterly and monthly product plan formulation
• Responsible for quarterly and monthly product plan successful execution
• Responsible for operational product plan including weekly prioritization based on changing business landscape
• Drive product innovation via creative ideation, collaboration with product marketing, research, and other internal groups
• Foster effective communication between the product management group and the different business units and R&D groups
