Marketing Manager

Job Description

Mytopia is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join the marketing team of our growing social game studio. The Marketing Manager will create, implement, optimize, and manage online advertising campaigns and partners. This position will be responsible for buying ad inventory with partners such as Facebook, developing email campaigns, and will contribute to business development and overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and other ongoing marketing activities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Business administration, marketing, economics, psychology or communications – preferable

Job Requirements

• 3-4 years online marketing experience, media buying experience - required
• Social network and search engine marketing experience – advantage
• Email marketing experience - preferred
• Game or game related marketing experience - preferred
• Strong analytic and quantitative ability and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• English mother tongue and familiarity with US, UK, Australian and Canadian markets
• Excellent writing skills

• Organized, methodical and numerical with high attention to detail
• A highly motivated, performance oriented and creative self-starter

WEB Product Manager

Tasks:


Goals/Definition of the position:

• Professional guidance and technical expertise of the Web, UI (user interface based on e-commerce).
• Matrix operation with various factors in the Company such as: Technical, Creative and Project management

Goals of the Position:
• Manage and accompany the product or project at every stage. Prepare work plans and develop long and short range plans for implementing the Departments goals
• Meet business goals of the Company
• Analyze competition
• Analyze Market
• Define and write up BRD requirements
• Define User Interface (UI, Usability)
• Coordinate between business the various departments
• Provide solutions to customer problems
• Improve performance of exiting products- Optimization

Skills - Qualifications:

Localization Project Manager

Tasks:

• Dealing with complex projects
• Working closely with the project and product managers in de Offering division on Localization tasks

Tasks:

Objectives of the function:

Affiliates Account Manager (German as mother tongue) - Israel

Tasks:

Intensive day to day support of Affiliates- daily management, maintain and service. Make proposals to maximize their activities by means of mutual promotions
• Develop activities and new channels including marketing plans for new products, cooperative ventures and strategies
• Maximize Affiliate's profits while encouraging the broadening of their activities with us (initiate ideas for new campaigns, incentives and bonuses).
• Full responsibility for certain markets/products (act as the bond between product managers and regional managers)
• Analyze reports identifying small and medium size affiliates with potential for growth and perform ongoing monitoring of the Activities of the Affiliates- analysis of performance, improve processes and make suggestions for increasing income
• Provide e-marketing tools in order to increase the traffic of players
• Manage negotiations with the Affiliates regarding renewal of conditions- commissions received
• Participation in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums and additional initiatives and meetings

Skills - Qualifications:

• At least two years sales experience (preferably in the On-Line market) while serving customers in the global market (telemarketing also a possibility)
• Experience working with large goals and meeting them
• Practical Internet background- a must

Tasks:

PA to Senior VP

Tasks:

Position Goals:
• Responsibility on all elements of day to day administration/operation of a Senior Vice President so he can concentrate on his job. Ability to identify administrative functions and “handle” them
• Provide services and solutions to division VP and assist division managers

• Day to day administrative work for the division-mail, faxes, responsible for company equipment, answer telephones, prepare conference rooms, aid in absorption of new employees

Skills - Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative secretarial position- a must, experience in a high tech company- an advantage
• Complete mastery of computer applications such as Office Outlook and Internet
• English at a very high level!!! Verbal and written composition- a must
