Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator @ AeroScout

Job Description:
· Responsible of making sure CRM is fully updated with sales deals information
· Process delivery order
· Update daily sales records, customers, sales records and price change information
· Handling all import and export process including documents preparation
· Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
· Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and bring results
· Experience in administrative / logistics role

Job Qualification:
· At least 3 years previous experience as a Sales Coordinator
· A "make things happen" attitude and approach
· Extremely service oriented highly organized
· English - fluently written and spoken
· Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Priority ERP - an advantage
