To coach and manage a team of 10 agents working worldwide and 24/7.

Duties include:

Fraud prevention through the analysis of customer deposits and
account categories.
Investigating financial irregularities and complex fraud methods.
Identifying subtle patterns in buying habits.
Maintaining web security and reducing financial losses of all
parties involved in electronic payments.

Salary: 12,000-15,000 NIS

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
Experience in fraud prevention.
Experience in the gaming or forex industry - an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Ability to analyze large amount of data quickly.
Target Oriented.
Ability to work long hours.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and
leadership skills.
