Product Marketing Manager

Seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for an incredibly diverse and rewarding role. The PMM will handle go-to-market activities and create marketing deliverables for product launches, developing baseline positioning and messaging content for collateral, presentations and sales tools. The PMM must be able to interface effectively with: Product Management, Marketing Communication, Sales, Channel Management, Channel Partners, and Direct Customers.

This requires an extremely talented and flexible individual with strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing market trends and customers' requirements in order to create regional focused marketing plans and tools
  • Maintaining relationship with key sales and channel, to identify market needs
  • Analyzing regional and vertical markets to develop accounts targeting campaigns
  • Developing sales tools for sales people / partners
  • Performing sales training as required
  • Generating marketing materials (white papers, presentations, etc.)
  • Planning and participating in customer facing activities (business meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.)
  • Presenting the company solutions as needed for internal (sales, executives) and external parties (customers/industry leaders/press/analysts)
  • Initiating, implementing and leading marketing programs and product launch campaigns
  • Maintaining intimate knowledge of the company solutions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of product marketing/product management experience
  • Telecom or Contact Center experience ideal
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills (Excellent English)
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (30%)
  • Familiarity with EMEA region, geographical and cultural wise - big advantage
  • Command of European languages (French, Spanish, German) - big advantage
  • Good command of Hebrew
