• A minimum of 8 years hands-on development experience in Core Java / J2EE applications
• Strong experience in Java frameworks – Spring, Struts and so on
• Hands-on database experience – Strong JDBC skills
• Experience with Hibernate
• Experience in programming in a multi-threaded environment
• Vast knowledge in object-oriented design, design patterns and software engineering principles and practices
• Ability to mentor other developers and lead design processes
• Knowledge in GUI programming and technologies - advantage
• Experience in C++ development - advantage
