Job description:
Ensure all identified intellectual property rights of the Company are protected by appropriate registrations, provide legal support for IPO related activities of the Company, review, draft & negotiate contracts, protection of all IPRs of the Company, support for IPO related activities.

Half time position

Requirements:
• SW or Electrical Engineering degree (honors) from established university, or – Legal academic background
• Master Degree – an advantage
• IP Background – mandatory
• Background in trade marks, copywriting, open source, design pattern – mandatory
• Working experience with suppliers – mandatory
• Excellent communication skills Hebrew and English both in Oral and in writing
