Office Manager - Temp

Israeli subsidiary of US-based outsourcing firm seeks a temporary office manager to cover for a maternity leave starting January 2010.

The position is full-time 8:30am until 5:00pm from our Jerusalem office.

Wide variety of tasks including:

  • Answering the phone
  • Filing
  • Greeting walk-ins
  • To dealing with corporate paperwork
  • Accountants
  • Government agencies
  • Banks
  • Vendors
  • Travel arrangements
  • Admin support for projects as needed
