Pre-Sales Consultant

Purpose & Objectives
• The primary purpose of the pre-sales consultant is to demonstrate the value of Panaya's products to prospect customers and construct the most appealing (technical) offer.
• The pre-sales consultant supports the sales team during the sales cycle, aspiring to maximize value perceived and therefore sale price. The pre-sales consultant directly supports a quota and is compensated accordingly.

Expectations & Tasks
• Analyze customer requirements by communicating with the sales team and learning the customer's system.
• Tailor technical presentations to prove the benefit of Panaya products to prospect customers.
• Deliver technical sessions (mostly over phone and web collaboration tools)
• Answer technical questions to support the sales process
• Continuously strive to improve the methodology and the `storyline' behind technical sessions
• Learn Panaya's new products and functionality and adapt the sales process accordingly
• Provide feedback to product management
• Ability to handle high-stress high-pace sales processes
• Ability to work in a dynamic start-up company

Prerequisite work Experience & Skills
• At least 5 years of SAP experience as a functional analyst, implementation expert, application development or basis consultant.
• Proven customer facing experience, preferably in international markets
• Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in a pre-sales position
• Other European languages
• Relevant Degree
