Seeking a Server-Side Team Leader for a client of ours.
Job description:
Manage all server related projects, assume responsibility for all the server aspects: mange HW configuration, design and update the infrastructure, ensure the security of data & transport, monitor and scale server performance, enhance the server UI.
The server team leader is responsible for leading the server team to perform all of the team tasks.
Required skills:
- Bachelor or master in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years as a team leader
- A minimum of 4 years experience with Java
- Must have experience in JBoss
- Must have experience in Linux
- Familiarity with application web servers, caching mechanisms, high-performance data stores and relational database configurations
- Self starter who can run projects and lead, mentor and motivate junior developers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Desired skills:
- Oracle SQL server
- JavaScript experience
- Networking infrastructures and protocols: Load balancer ,firewall, NAT, SSL, HTTP, etc.
