Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant for investment house in Tel Aviv

• Liaison with clients, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, setting up conference calls, maintaining databases, handling travel arrangements, itineraries, including car rentals, accommodation.

• Basic book keeping – i.e. taking care of employees' expenses, preparing reports and expense sheets re office expenses.

• Experience from similar role.

• Fluent French, Hebrew and English

• Thrives under pressure, can handle stress, can multi-task.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Service oriented team player.

• Willing and able to do overtime when required.
