Prepare and negotiate Distributor Agreements; Consulting/Subcontracting Agreements; Services Agreements; Sales Agreements; NDAs

Provide legal advice on Labor law/HR related issues; Subsidiary matters

Requirements:
• LLB or JD;
• English mother-tongue level
• 4-6 years experience pref. from high tech.
