Office Manager

A small startup company is looking for office manager, for a 50% position (10:30-15:00)

Experience of more than 3 years is required

Fluent in English, for speaking and writing is a must, advantage for English mother tongue.


• Experience in: Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
• Managing all administrative tasks.
• Answering the phone, filing, managing calendars, communication and e-mails in Israel and abroad.
• Basic book and record keeping, with accountants in Israel and in the USA.
• Working with company lawyers.
• Paying bills.
• Human resource activities.
• Travel arrangements.
• Fluent in English, in speaking and writing -a must.
• Writing documents and correcting documents in English.
• Experience in hi-tech.
• Diligent, loyal, can handle several tasks in parallel.
• Representative, service oriented.
• High language skills.
