English Speaking Foreign Exchange (FX) Customer Support


This fast growing online Foreign Exchange broker is currently looking for customer support representatives to join their expanding support team.

Duties include:

• Receiving and placing telephone calls
• Answering emails and chats
• Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have experience in a support position
• You will not be hesitant to pick up the phone to speak to clients and you will feel comfortable with basic office programs
• You will need to be flexible, with the ability to work Fridays and irregular hours
• Background in economics or finance an advantage

Languages:
Mother Tongue level English

Location: Hertzliya

Salary: 6,000
