Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative Position in Tel Aviv area.

Applicants must have:

• Strong English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Additional language is a huge advantage (Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, others)
• Must be quick learning multi-tasking with a deep familiarity with the internet
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

The job involves:

• Responding to customer issues relating to the product.

• Researching, analyzing and trouble-shooting customer issues.
• Providing feedback from customer communications to Marketing, Sales and R&D.
• Communication is done via phone, e-mail, and chat, across all continents and time zones.
