Support Engineer

Job description:
An attractive relocation position in tier2 support which involves both customer facing and code writing aspects, to facilitate customer on-boarding as well as customize and maintain the production environments.

We are looking for talented and energetic young people who are dedicated, enthusiastic and anxious to learn and work.

A relocation option is also available for this position (kenshoo NYC & San Francisco), for candidates holding a us citizenship or green card. prior to the relocation there will be a 3 months training period in israel.

Qualifications:
• experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as: tier 2 or 3 support, technical account manager, or technical field engineers.
• development experience (scripting, java)
• experience in working with j2ee applications
• must have at least two of the following areas of expertise: DB, SQL, Perl, networking, application servers, Windows/Unix administration.
• BA degree in computer science/information systems/industrial engineering from an acknowledged university – preferred
• previous experience / knowledge of SEM and search environment – preferred
• strong analytical skills, and a quick learner
• excellent communication skills in English
• excellent troubleshooting skills
• team player, and a hard worker
