Second-level support / VoIP Engineer

Job description:
- Provide second-level application support for customers
- Be available to provide out of hours support on a rotating basis
- Work with clients and suppliers to interconnect them with XConnect
- Carry out in-depth analysis
- Debug issues of high-importance and high-complexity
Required skills:
- Fluent English (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Ability to multi-task
- Work well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Creative problem-solver
- Knowledge of Excel
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Working knowledge of VoIP including SIP and H323
- Understanding of various VoIP components and platforms
- Knowledge of the telecom industry
- Proven ability to troubleshoot especially within a VoIP environment
