ECI telecom in Israel is looking for Channels Sales Managers
Principal accountabilities:
• Recruit, select, develop and manage channel accounts to meet company's sales goals with co-ordination with Local Sales Manager and Channel group
• Identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement and business development, servicing key accounts and negotiating deals within policy guidelines.
• Responsible for partner and end user business across the territory with existing and new accounts.
• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and projects with our Access, Transport, Optics and Data/Packet products and solutions;
• Manage the sales process of these new business/project opportunities including negotiations and closure of new business and partner contracts.
• Partner assessment and recruiting
• Manage existing projects and business activities;
• Manage orders and sales forecasts
• Create and retain positive ongoing relationships with the customers/partners
• Manage good relations, communication and team work of the internally involved parties including the products LoBs (Line of Business units) ,customer support, project management, etc.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a relevant area of Channel
• Proven experience from last position (at least 2 years in last position) in telecom sales in
• Excellent relationship with customers and partners (telecom companies, carriers, governmental customers, etc.
• Fluent English - must
• Other Languages - major advantage
Main Interfaces in/outside ECI:
• Potential and existing customers and partners, Sales channels, Products division, project managers, pre-sales, etc.
