A Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for the daily Quality Assurance activities of a PS project implementation and the overall quality of the project deliverables. The QA lead ensures that the project meets ClickSoftware's QA standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The person will oversee testing functions while providing mentoring and leadership to the project's testing team.

Job Description
• Review requirement and design documents
• Plan all testing activities of the project
• Prioritize activities for the project testing team
• Set bugs' severity
• Manage the project's testing workplan (budget & timeline)
• Serve as a main focal point to the project implementation team (Project Manager, Solution Architect)
• Mentor QA engineers assigned to the project
• Review and approve test plans
• On site assistance during User Acceptance Tests
• Leading more than one project at a time
• Close communication with the project team members across the world
• Monitor Scalability Lab testing when relevant

Requirements
• Deep understating and hands-on knowledge of the Service Optimization suite of products
• Technical background on Operating Systems and databases
• Previous experience in testing CRM/ERP/Billing systems
• Good communication skills
• Organized and neat
• Good system analysis skills. Ability to understand system requirements and their match to actual deliverables
• Fluent in English
• Occasional travel may be required.
