Support Engineer @ Conduit
The Support Engineer will be focused on providing technical and functional support to our clients from around the world via email/phone/Copilot/Chat/Forum by helping them utilize our awesome product in the most optimal way.
Skills & experience:
• Past experience in Technical Support / Customer service – must.
• Experience in solving software issues
• English writing skills – Very high level (preferred Native).
• Proven experience working with Operating systems, Web browsers (I.E, FF, Safari, Chrome), Email Services, Web applications and CRM
• Basic abilities using HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Ability to understand and read API & understand the concept of web services.
• Intimately familiar with the internet (social networks, forums, blogs, etc.) and up to date with the latest internet technologies.
• Strongly orientated to providing excellent customer service.
• Curious, motivated, able to work independently.
• Lead and follow up on open cases with Product and R&D.
• Able to Identify and leverage potential "support" calls to profitable business opportunities.
