English-Speaking Telesales Manager

Cognicious, a successful start-up company, seeks an experienced, talented sales manager to join a young and dynamic team at the Ramat Gan HQ.

The position includes:

1. Evaluating, hiring, and training new salespeople to expand the sales team.
2. Continuously evolving the company's sales methodologies using various analysis tools in order to improve the performance and adapt to changes in the products.
3. Actual sales activity (30%-60% of the time) in order to remain well connected to the field.
4. Various online sales promotion projects.

Requirements:

• A few years of Business to end user (B2C) telesales experience.
• Fully fluent English, at mother-tongue level
• Fully fluent Hebrew, at mother-tongue level
• Highly intelligent and highly persuasive
• Several years of experience in sales or closely related work
• Experience in management and training staff
• Results-driven and self-motivated

Advantage for fluent command of additional European languages, especially French, German, or Italian
