Position Description
As a member of the ClickSoftware Solution Center, the Solution Specialist is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully sell and implement ClickSoftware's product offerings.

The Solution Specialist will provide services to the sales teams around the world – internal or partners, will gather and distribute the various solutions knowledge within the organization and will develop pre-sales tools and demos to support the presales activities.

Reporting to the Director of Solution Center – located in Israel, the Solution Specialist will be responsible for completing tasks on one or more concurrent sales activities or work on sales tools and methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities
• Work with the sales teams, mainly Solution Consultants, to provide expert's services to pre-sales activities such as demos, Proof Of Concepts, Cost Benefits Analisys etc.
• Work with primary partners sales teams, to provide expert's services to pre-sales activities.
• Distribute the solution center's knowledge to the sales force/ Professional services by using knowledge management tools.
• Provide technical support to the Solution Consultants during the pre-sale phases.
• Provide technical training to the sales team on ClickSoftware's solutions.
• Develop demos and presales tools.

Required Skills/Experience
• B.Sc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience working with Visual Basic. VB.Net, Knowledge of C#/ C++ preferable.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL-Server, and Windows administration..
• Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, ASP, and VBScript.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the implementation/pre-sales of enterprise commercial business applications.
• Strong desire to work in pre-sales mode with new products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European Language – an advantage.
• Ability to learn new technologies/products in a very short period.
• Willingness to travel or onsite presence
