Traffic Specialist/Operational Manager |
Looking for a skilled multi-tasker with traffic management or production experience in an advertising/marketing agency. The traffic specialist’s key task will be to manage day to day workflow and allocate work throughout the media department working closely with account managers, creative, media, and marketing, web and production teams. The specialist will consult and update on workload and resource availability, process and assign active jobs to team members, maintain a sense of workflow and enhance communication and work process where necessary. The role requires a confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams to make sure deadlines are met. Qualifications: • Native English speaker –Must • 2 or more years of production experience in an agency environment -Must • BA in Marketing, MBA • Detail oriented and organized • Excellent project management and Multi-tasking skills -Must. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. • Good follow-up and follow-through. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Team player • Proficient in PC environments apply here |
