QA and Customer Support person

Description:
Kampyle.com, the leading feedback analytics service is seeking a QA and Customer Support person. The candidate will be performing both QA and Customer support activities.

Requirements:

- Customer Support (online chat, emails and phone calls)

  • English mother tongue, a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and a Team Player.
  • PC and internet savvy (Windows, MS Office).
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic and ability to work long hours.

- QA :
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and ability to write test plans
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in writing automated test scripts, a plus
  • Familiar with TestPartner (other functional automatic testing tool), a plus.
  • Familiar with HTML
