QA and Customer Support person
Description:
Kampyle.com, the leading feedback analytics service is seeking a QA and Customer Support person. The candidate will be performing both QA and Customer support activities.
Requirements:
- Customer Support (online chat, emails and phone calls)
- English mother tongue, a must.
- Excellent communication skills and a Team Player.
- PC and internet savvy (Windows, MS Office).
- Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic and ability to work long hours.
- QA :
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and ability to write test plans
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and strong attention to detail
- Experience in writing automated test scripts, a plus
- Familiar with TestPartner (other functional automatic testing tool), a plus.
- Familiar with HTML
