· About 7 years of finance experience as Company Controller/ Director of Finance in Hi-Tech/ Software companies with minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role
· Proven financial experience from abroad (preferably North America), Israeli work experience
· Experience and strong knowledge with US GAAP/ financial statements / budgeting / financial control policy / accounting records / managing banking relationships etc
