Technical Support Person from the UK

Young Hi-Tech Company looking for Technical Support Person from the UK originally to provide high-level support for the company's customers in UK.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Strong verbal and good written communication/presentation skills required.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability to apply common sense and critical thinking to client situations and problems presented.
* Understand and be able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.EXPERIENCE
* The ideal candidate would have experience as a Webmaster experience- knowledge at Java Scrip, HTML and CSS is a must- some knowledge in ASP.NET(C#) or similar is preferred.
* MS office skills required especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Sales Force a plus.
* Previous customer support or service experience is preferred.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
