Performance Test Specialist

Job Requirements:

Hands-on experience of performance testing including volume, load, stress and reliability testing.

Full and grounded understanding of performance testing approaches, methods and technologies, in particular the HP/Mercury Load Runner tool.

Ability to create performance test plans, design, create and execute performance test scripts and scenarios to analyze and report test results.

Outstanding problem solving skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about issue resolution.

* Capable to analyze system from performance perspective - Must
* Experience in testing of Highly Available systems
* High level of independency and self-managed
* Computer first degree
* At least two years experience in Load testing using LoadRunner tool
* Performance/Load test scenario profiling
* Network and Database analysis and monitoring
* Programming (C, C++, Java, .NET, VB, HTML, SQL) skills - advantage
* Statistical analysis and performance modeling methods - advantage
* Experience of functional automation testing tools and techniques - advantage
* Experience in WEB applications – advantage
* Full dedication
* Self learner
* Working well under pressure
* Knowledge in other monitor tools: HP open view, Fidler, DB monitor tools - Preferred
