Requirements
At least 1 year experience as a PC technician
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Understanding and troubleshooting of network issues
* Microsoft office 2007 (Outlook good experience)
* Windows XP/Vista/Win7 Operating System
* Windows 2003/2008 Server Operating System
* Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Proven technical skills.
• Team player
• Ability to effectively assist users in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
• Good level of English
