Purpose: Provide HR expertise, compensation & benefit, Recruitment, Organizational Development and Employee Relation
* Serves as consultant to employees and management on Human Resource related issues.
* Participates in establishment of long-range objectives for the organization, partnering with senior management to identify immediate and long term needs. Localize own HR programs and initiatives. Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve HR Operations related processes
* Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
* Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce turnover and increase employee morale with LG way.
* Interprets policies and procedures and ensures company adherence to state laws related to the HR functions; serves as liaison with private and state agencies
* Conduct & administer yearly incentive plans
* Assist managers in preparing personnel forecast to project employment needs
* Manage the developing of sources of qualified applicants, evaluating applicant qualifications, communicate vacancies through internal and external advertisements
