Divisional Internal Communication Manager

Facilitate and lead the internal communications at one of the company divisions, cross groups communications and support internal corporate communications

•Build the division communication plans (across all sites) to support the group strategy, goals, vision and messages, including ongoing processes in: e.g. org changes, appointments, recognition, etc.

•Support divisional management with their communication: e.g. quarterly emails, town halls, etc.

•Support managers' communication needs; assist managers in communicating with their subordinates

•Build and maintain an internal communications infrastructure including intranet site, newsletter etc.

•Create and maintain channel(s) for employee feedback

•Follow up, measure and improve group communications

•Manage and coordinate communication cross Amdocs Groups with the communication managers of the other groups

•Work with corporate ICOMM on alignment of overall strategy, messages, timing, and on division communications of corporate issues

•Work with corporate ICOMM on communication to employees worldwide and with other group communicators on cross group communications

Technical skills:

•Write internal communication materials in a very professional manner
•Have an excellent understanding of communications
•Exercise excellent interpersonal relationship
•Drive change
•Work independently

Education and Experience

•English - Mother tongue
•BA/MA in Communications/Marketing
•At least 3 years experience in Internal Comm/Marcom/PR in cross cultural business environments
•At least 3 years experience in marketing, PR, or journalistic writing
•Experience working in large organizations
