- Development of marketing and retention programs in an online environment.
- Maintaining personal contact with customers via phone, e-mail and online chat.
- Increasing customer loyalty and customer value.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, CRM or telemarketing.
- Marketing oriented.
- Mother tongue German.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Applicant should have regular/public transport available.
- Full time job (5 shifts a week) in shifts including weekends.
