An established internet marketing company is looking for:

Position description:

• Development of marketing and retention programs in an online environment.
• Maintaining personal contact with customers via phone, e-mail and online chat.
• Increasing customer loyalty and customer value.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Service, CRM or telemarketing.
• Marketing and sales oriented.
• Mother tongue in one of the languages specified above
• English- at good level a must
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full time job (5 shifts a week including weekends) in shifts at a 24/7 on line call center
• Applicant should have regular/public transport available.
