An established internet marketing company is looking for online hosts for live chat rooms.
Job Description:
- To create and maintain a lively, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the chat room
- To police the chat room(s) and ensure players ‘chat’ within rules
- Managing multiple tasks relating to the chat room.
- To get to “know” the players and develop good professional relationships, and customer loyalty
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable with the Internet with technological awareness
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- English mother tongue- (former UK resident- a big plus)
- Additional foreign language -a plus
- Candidates will work 24/7, including weekends.
- Friendly, approachable, sociable and confident
- Conscientious and with attention to detail
- Positive and enthusiastic – and an enjoyment of chatting!
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Able to work independently as well as working well as part of a (multi-national) team
