Product Marketing Director

Seeking Product Marketing Director for semiconductor start-up in Nes Ziona.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the overall Product Marketing process - from identifying the market requirements, detailed spec composing, R&D liaison and until product readiness and marketing / sales tool kit delivery.
• Responsible for identifying the trends in the company markets in order to achieve competitive advantages with our products
• Responsible for translating market and customers requirements into product roadmap OR new products.
• Being active part in the R&D delivery process of new products, capabilities.
• Taking ownership of the marketing process of new products /capabilities.
• Identifying areas of collaborations in the market place and translating it to products modifications.
• Responsible for the marketing materials and collaterals associate with the company products and solutions (Brochures, WEB, Magazines......).
• Assisting in technical presales activities around the globe.
• Participating in conferences to speak and present the company solutions.
• Responsible for the company market survey for tracking the competition.

Organization place

• Reporting to VP Sales that reports to the CEO

Academic and Working Qualifications

• University graduate in Electronics /Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in similar positions in the semiconductor industry
• Proven records in SW companies and solutions based companies - preferable
• Proven track record of successful experience in Operation positions
• Proven record marketing positions
• Experience working with R&D teams
• Experience in facing international customers
• Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player
• Hands-on person
