Director of Development

A top international women's charitable service organization based in Israel seeks an experienced Director of Development.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact with Federations and donors worldwide
• Creating a comprehensive fund raising system
• Running fund raising seminars for worldwide staff
• Creating relationships with the business sector in Israel
• Involvement in overseas fund raising campaign
  

The position includes supervision of three department employees. You will report directly to the organization's executive director and president.

Qualifications:

• Extensive fund raising experience
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Excellent public speaker
• Excellent management skills
