CFO

In charge of managing the financial and monetary
aspects of the company's operations, including the trading of its
common shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Managing the financial
department including billing, accountancy and bookkeeping. Planning
and initiating annual financial development, financial and budget
reports as well as report analysis. In charge of investment and
monetary growth and relations with shareholders and investors.

Candidate must have:

- Experience as a CFO in a public company traded on the NASDAQ
(company that rasied investment money and is traded in the US -
NASDAQ - OTC)
- Deep knowledge and experience of SOX processes
- 5 years experience at least as a CFO
- Plus: experience in forex or stock trading and financial trading
- Excellent English (mother tongue level)
