LivePerson is hiring!

G&A - IT manager – (At least 10 years of hands-on IT experience with at least 5 years of managerial experience at large companies)

R&D (Consumer) – Web Developer (knowledge in website design and construction using html, css, javascript. Knowledge in .NET controls - advantage)
Customer Support – Helpdesk Technician (providing world-class technical support to international clients through online chat, email and telephone)
Customer Support (consumer) – Customer Service Rep (provide support to experts through online chat, email and telephone. native English).

Training Designer –(Work with various groups to translate business objectives into structured training strategies. design and deliver learning solutions in support of the strategic).

SMB/Sales – Online Sales Rep – (We require candidates who have a flare for sales and are business orientated. Have a good understanding of the Internet, technology and doing business online).

SMB/Sales – Fuse Sales Rep - (Fuse agent/follow up sales executive – inside sales team, follow up on SMB leads).

BI – BI ETL Developer – (develop the back end application of the B2B DWH. The applicant will use Oracle tools, Python, Linux tools and Unix tools in order to develop the ETL processes as part of the DWH project).

G&A – Office Coordinator – (Coordinate the day-to-day office issues: (dealing with suppliers, post office, deliveries to and from the office, answer incoming calls, office guests etc.)
Professional Services – Deployment Engineer – (Manage all technical aspects of the software deployments for new clients. 3-5 years experience managing software deployments proven track record of managing projects and delivering results. HTML and/or java-script experience).

Product Management – product manager (will be in charge of tying the company's business aspects with product development to ensure that the needs of the market are effectively translated into product requirements)

It won’t be wrong to say that the IT sector has made the world stand up and take notice of the countries like India. India’s IT poweress is one reason why such massive deals like the Tata Chorus deal and the Hindalco Novelis deal could get shape and turn into India’s favor. Had it not been for the IT sector, there were chances that these multi million dollar deals would not have matured the way they have.
