Answering the website users’ questions or problems by e-mails
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Support
- Experience from internet Company- a must
- Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- English: mother tongue level - a must!
- Knowledge of website technology
- Understanding and preparation of Reports and Statistics
- Continuously evolving and adapting to changes in the products
- Highly motivated, conscious, energetic, service oriented
- Experience with payment services - must
- Multitasking, Organized, Strong Attention to detail and responsible
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
- Experience working with CRM – an advantage
