  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Support
  • Experience from internet Company- a must
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • English: mother tongue level - a must!
  • Knowledge of website technology
  • Understanding and preparation of Reports and Statistics
  • Continuously evolving and adapting to changes in the products
  • Highly motivated, conscious, energetic, service oriented
  • Experience with payment services - must
  • Multitasking, Organized, Strong Attention to detail and responsible
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
  • Experience working with CRM – an advantage
