Customer Support

We are looking to fill 2 positions in our support team.


Both are entry level positions.

Customer Support experience in the internet field is a must

Job Description:

Answering the website users’ questions or problems by e-mails


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Support.
  • Experience from internet Company- a must
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • English: mother tongue level - a must!
  • Knowledge of website technology
  • Understanding and preparation of Reports and Statistics
  • Continuously evolving and adapting to changes in the products.
  • Highly motivated, conscious, energetic, service oriented,
  • Experience with payment services - must
  • Multitasking, Organized, Strong Attention to detail and responsible.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Experience working with CRM – an advantage
  • Full time Position
  • Entry Level Position
