HAS Advantage is interviewing for a full time office manager/marketing associate at their Jerusalem office.
The ideal candidate is someone who shows initiative, with excellent communications and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- General administrative tasks and maintenance of office needs
- Track employee attendance/files/records
- Assist and track various marketing efforts
- Assist managers to complete various tasks and projects
Requirements
- Native English Speaker
- Full command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Administrative experience
- Awareness of social networking/online marketing trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible, Organized, Detail Oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in Human Resources - a plus
