Project Manager

A Netanya-based company is looking for a Project Manager:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• End-to-end project responsibility
• Customer facing – focal point
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Define priorities within the project
• Facilitate, synchronize and track progress of the various cross-company teams: Development, Product Management, etc.
• Communicate progress of the project to the customer and internal bodies (steering committee)
• Control changes to project scope
• Work with the customer on future developments. Promote professional services like upgrade offering and respond to change requests
• Support the sales team with pre-sales materials such as timeline and project plans
• Manage the risks during the project lifecycle and solve occasional problems, by prioritizing the risks and act accordingly

Must be a team player. Daily interaction with various people from different interdisciplinary departments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree B.Sc in Industrial & Management Engineering Information Technology - Mandatory
• 2-3 years of project management experience in SW development environment - Advantage
• Knowledgeable about all stages of SW development process - Advantage
• Strong technical background - Advantage
• Experience with customer-facing interactions (preferable international) - Mandatory

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Telecommunication services and/or e-commerce - familiar with financial business processes related to the telecommunication market.

• Travel is required
