A successful growing Internet company is looking to hire an experienced Sales and Projects Coordinator.
The main responsibilities are:
- Coordinating between the Sales and Ops departments to ensure project commitments and timelines are met.
- Tracking the company’s sales pipeline across its entire cycle.
- Managing the company’s CRM system.
- Managing the partners payments process and execution and overseeing all partner revenue related issues
- Constant reporting revenue data to the company’s Executives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Admin/Coordinator of an Internet / Hi-Tech company.
- Acquaintance with SalesForce.com
- High level of English both oral and written (Native English speaker advantage).
- Well organized and process driven - must.
- Experience working with US clients and Sales teams.
- Ability to cope with multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ambitious and go-getter. Capable of driving other people to deliver.
