Sales and Operations Coordinator

A successful growing Internet company is looking to hire an experienced Sales and Projects Coordinator.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Coordinating between the Sales and Ops departments to ensure project commitments and timelines are met.
  • Tracking the company’s sales pipeline across its entire cycle.
  • Managing the company’s CRM system.
  • Managing the partners payments process and execution and overseeing all partner revenue related issues
  • Constant reporting revenue data to the company’s Executives.


  • Previous experience as a Sales Admin/Coordinator of an Internet / Hi-Tech company.
  • Acquaintance with
  • High level of English both oral and written (Native English speaker advantage).
  • Well organized and process driven - must.
  • Experience working with US clients and Sales teams.
  • Ability to cope with multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ambitious and go-getter. Capable of driving other people to deliver.
