Client and Partner Account Manager Germany/UK

Celebros is looking for her office in Israel a Client & Partner Account Manager for the German/UK market to proactively retain and develop the client & partner relationship, as well as contribute to the fiscal growth of Celebros.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing your portfolio of clients and partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with your portfolio through regular close contact
  
• Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell
  
• Effectively interacting with other company departments, including the sales team and the professional services team

Knowledge and Experience required:

• German/English - mother tongue MUST
• Three years experience managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients - good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop highly productive client relationships
• Ability to travel
• Ability and strong motivation to research and analyze new business opportunities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Persistence & Problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to generate recommendations
• Self-motivated & driven
• Excellent communication skills: Strong listening and questioning skills
• Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to questions, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations

• Ability to work as a part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices / knowledge / resources and ideas
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions before the client brings them to our attention
