Billing Specialist

• Reporting to the TL CC and Billing - International
• Overseeing Billing, legal and collections issues in assigned regions

Key roles and responsibilities

• Input large volume advertising campaign information into platform paying particular attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide quality assurance service for data entry Manage and report local billing & collection status within region.
• Manage clients relations in all billing & Collections aspects.
• Assure pricing offering on agreements can be implemented on billing system.
• Support Sales and Customers on billing reporting.
• Responsibility to all paying entities - Billing aspects and collections. Reporting analysis of account or defined regions.

Essential qualifications

• English - mother tongue
• Two years online advertising or internet experience.
• Ability to multitask, while providing a high level of service.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently.
• High level of quality awareness, attention to detail and accountability.
• Able to analytically identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent communication with clients and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize workload.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
