Looking for an experienced Project Manager to a startup company in a central area

Data Collection, Data Analysis & mapping,
Define: Business & Functional Requirements, Software configuration for the product management team.
Deployment Plan & Gant-Charts, Training, on-site testing, installations.
Manage team in the USA.
Conduct status meetings with customer and with US team.
Management of issues and bug fixing.
Traveling abroad 3-6 times/year
Requirements:
Experience of minimum 5 years in Project Management
Experience in retail promotion/ advertising -an advantage!!
Perfect English/Hebrew verbal/written
B.SC. in Computer Science/ Engineering
Technical understanding of software development specs
